i wanted to share one of my favorite chicken recipes with you. super easy, super tasty.

ingredients:
1 package dry onion soup mix
4-6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can broccoli cheddar soup
1 1/2 cups minute rice

directions:
1. in bowl, mix together rice and soups [mushroom & broccoli]
2. grease casserole or 13x9 dish
3. spread rice and soup mix in dish
4. sprinkle half of package of onion soup on top of mix
5. lay chicken breasts on rice
6. sprinkle remaining dry soup mix on top of chicken
7. bake @ 325 degrees for 2.5 hours, covered
(*original recipe was for chicken with bone-in, hence the really long bake time. with boneless chicken, you can try about 1 hour-1 hour 20 minutes!)
8. remove from oven and enjoy :)


start with the ingredients shown below:


mix your rice and 2 cans of soup in a bowl


so it looks like this [so appetizing, right?!]


spread it in your dish [again, appetizing.]


add the dry soup mix to the top so it looks like this:


throw them chickens on there


and add more dry soup mix


bake at 325 degrees for 2.5 hours


and it will look similar to this [the top isn't burnt, it's the onion soup mix that carmelized a little bit...yum. however, the edges are a little crisp. just watch it the last 30 minutes or so to make sure yours gets to be a color that you like]
