i'm not the only one, right?

i made the mistake of walking in Ulta yesterday "just to look". 

ummm, lauren, you've never really been great at the whole "just looking" thing. you almost always walk out of a store a little less loaded (ummm, lauren, you are not loaded. in fact, after yesterday, you're probably on the border of being poor.) remember that next time.

i walked out with a bag of some new goodies:
i was so excited about it that i shared it on instagram.
side note: are you on instagram? do you love it as much as me? it's like facebook, but better. let's be honest, the only reason people still go on facebook is to stalk other peoples' photos, right? i hope i'm not the only one

so, yeah. i'm slightly obsessed with my new revlon lip color. perfect for summer. or rainy wednesdays. or both.

  1. Love those colors! I'm not a lipstick type person... so I probably wouldn't wear it on the lips... but I love the color for nails, accessories, clothes etc.

    And I agree, ULTA is not a place you can just go to casually window shop! I come out with something every time. Haha.

  4. wow. I was JUST going to order some 25 dollar job lipstick from MAC. thank God you updated with this post or that would have been money down the ol toilet. this color looks exactly like the mac and it's matte. and I am gonna venture to guess it ain't no 25 dollars. thanks !

  11. Love that color. What a pop! Also thanks to you and Kate I am CRAVING a Target run. I don't live near one but I am planning a whole Saturday roadtrip around getting to Target! Ha ha I have never been to an Ulta, but I may have to look them up if they carry such fun stuff. BTW I love your instagram updates especially about the "boys" :)

  14. You're so right. I find the more I blog and the more I'm on IG, I get on facebook less. I also find that I'm happier not on facebook since I was just using it to stalk other people. Must be why facebook bought out IG!
