catch-all chair





so, i have this chair in my room. it was initially put in there to fill some empty floor space that i had, but now it serves as the place where i put everything that doesn't have its own home. enter: the catch-all chair.

magazines, umbrellas, scarves, bags. you name it, it's probably sat on that catch-all chair at one time or another. and it's probably still sitting there. although i tend to not like clutter, i can deal with pretty clutter. which is what i consider this chair to be a home for. pretty clutter.

  2. We have the same at our home...although these days it's a mix of my stuff, our baby's things, and occassionally my husbands...it's not nearly as pretty!

  6. Oh, yes. The catch-all chair. I've got one, too. Although admittedly, it's a lot less pretty (and organized) as yours. Scarves that I'm too lazy to hang up at the end of the day, folded clothes, pj's...it's all there. My husband once asked me if we removed the chair, would stuff stop accumulating in the corner? Doubtful.

  13. I love this look! So functional but it looks very polished. Unfortunately, my "catch-all" has become a closet. We refer to it as "the dungeon"!

  17. Chairs always become catch-all chairs in my bedroom. I always try to break the habit but it never works. Maybe if my catch-all chair looked as cute as yours it wouldn't bother me as much ;)
